Kathia Araya

Kathia Vanesa Araya Mora was born and raised in the Southern Zone of Costa Rica. She has a Financial Banking degree from National University of Costa Rica and a minor in Tourism Hospitality. Kathia began her career in Real Estate as a receptionist in a local brokerage in 2015.  In 2017 she became an office and rental manager for one of the largest developers in the area gaining vital experience and honing her hospitality skills.  Kathia later joined Dominical Property and Uvita Luxury Real Estate as an office manager and rental agent in 2019. In 2021 Kathia completed the course for the National Association of Real Estate Agents (Camara Costarricense de Corredores de Bienes Raíces - CCCBR) and is now an active member. Kathia is also a is a SUGEF registered Realtor in Costa Rica. Her professionalism and dedication to customer service make her a naturally gifted Real Estate Agent ready to assist you every step of the way. Kathia is a nature lover and passionate about the people and culture of Costa Rica.  She is extremely grateful and blessed to have grown up in such an amazing country.  Kathia enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, as well as their extended family.
